The Reddit consumer is referring to a mistake Amazon made earlier this week.
Digital copies of well-liked films like 2001: A Area Odyssey and A Nightmare on Elm Road have been appearing on the platform for $0.

Amazon then realized the error and had to e mail customers who had downloaded the films in what they thought was a promotional deal.
